Help!!!!!!!!

Hello i need help upgrading my elegy rh8 to the max stats but i dont have them so anyone who has all of them can you help me do that plzz it would be really apreciated thanks and if there is no way there is a glitch i want to try out with giving someone your car

What do you mean upgrading the RH8 to max stats? Do you mean you want someone to help you with race wins?

I don't have unlocked everything, but i could help you with level 2, 3 engine stuff (except for the Elegy.)
Because a car you buy, is a car that receives both Tracker & Insurance instantly.

that is exactly it i need race wins with other people i have a race bookmarked that only takes 20 seconds and all you have to do is just pick over and over again or i can create a playlist
