WHERE IS EVERYONE AT?

There's 200+ members but I only ever see about 2 or 3 online?!?

There's about 15 online right now and even more earlier today...

I've still yet to be in a session with more than 1 person myself. I generally see a minimum of 5 OOTE on when I play, but they're not playing GTA. It's usually closer to 10 too.

I would suggest that you add some of the central crew members in your PSN and join their games. Normally there is some crew activity going on when they're online. It also depends on the time of the day. As members are from all over the world, all the members might not be online when it's the peak gaming hour in some other countries, e.g. USA. I think, for weekdays if you are online within around PST 12 midnight and 6 am, you would meet many of them.

Yeah, that's insanely late for me. 3am-9am is my converted time from that.

Makes me wonder if you've created some kind of spreadsheet with all of our times.   

Good suggestion on adding them, hopefully that helps.

Then weekends will be better for you to meet some people, because on weekends there are activities almost all the day.
